Things To Be Done (TTBD)
Things To Be Done is a method for identifying wicked problems during business and innovation design. The Methodology takes inspiration from Jobs To Be Done and Getting Things Done, and is used as an interface between the high level strategic compass (JTBD) and the productivity and execution decision support system of Getting Things Done (GTD)
Things To Be Done is based on the observation that innovation and design processes uncover prerequisite conditions for success that can be critical to the realization of a business initiative. These prerequisites for success are the things to be done.
Using Things To Be Done thinking allows us to delay solution oriented thinking, portrait the logic behind our business planning and communicate these rationals with colleagues and advisers, efficiently and effectively.
